We are a company established in the 2004 in the Netherlands.

The people behind the screen:

Robert Lens.
Founder of the company Balicasa Europe. Was living in Bali for some years and started the company at the end of 2004. Is now living in the Netherlands again. Is doing the marketing and networking in the company.
Speaks Dutch, German and English.

Anna Robiana.
Anna joined the company a year after the start of it. She was already working in the real estate business, but mainly selling to local citizens. Is now taking care of the people who are visiting Bali and want to take a look at the properties. Is specialized in the Southern part of Bali, like the Bukit (area from Nusa Dua till Kuta).
Speaks English and Bahasa.

Nita Nurhayati.
Nita is new to the team. She was doing business before in the rental and hotel business.
She knows much about the Changu and Sanur area.
Speaks English and Bahasa.

Colin Brands.
Colin is our contact for the Northern part of the island, especially the area around Lovina. Colin has been for a long time in the real estate business. He started his business in Spain. After selling his real estate business and several clubs in Spain, he bought hotel Karina in Lovina and started to do real estate again as some kind of hobby. He knows everything about the North and is having his contacts all over these places.
