Balicasa Rental is a part of the Balicasa Group. A group of companies who are involved in real estate, rental and business in Bali, Indonesia.

Balicasa Rental is working with 2 different types of rental: Holiday rental and Long term rental.

Holiday rental is rental of (luxurious) villa’s, guesthouses and sometimes hotels. This is specially meant for tourists who want to stay for a short period. Long term rental is for the one, who like to have his/her own stay in Bali for a long period. The minimum stays for these rental are about half a year. However, most property owners prefer to have tenants for minimum stays of about 1 year or longer. On our website you can find some examples of the different kind of rentals.

Bali is one of the most beautiful heavenly islands in the Indonesian archipelago. Bali is a tropical dream. There are many design villas where you can stay during your holiday. Contemporary minimalism architecture is one of the main items which you can find in the villas, guesthouses or hotels. This design, together with the warm people give you a feeling of comfort.
